Orders & pre-orders
- Ready stock
- Products available in Ghana are subject to stock confirmation.
- Pre-orders
- Products sourced or produced following an order may require additional processing and international shipping time. Estimated timelines will be stated before purchase.
- Order confirmation
- Orders are confirmed after product availability and the required payment has been verified.
- Pre-order payments
- Full payment or a 70% deposit is required. Any outstanding balance will be payable when product is ready for delivery.
- Delays
- Supplier or shipping delays will be communicated through WhatsApp, together with an updated estimate where available.
- Unavailable products
- If we cannot fulfill a confirmed order, we will notify you and provide the applicable cancellation and refund options.

- Orders are confirmed after payment has been received and verified.
- Additional charges
- All applicable charges will be disclosed before order confirmation.
- Payment issues
- Contact us through our official WhatsApp channel if a payment is deducted but your order is not confirmed.
SafetyNever share your Mobile Money PIN, password or one-time verification code with anyone.
Online payments are not yet available on this site. Orders are placed as payment-pending and no payment is taken online. We will announce when secure online payment goes live.
Shipping, delivery & collection
- Collection
- Customer collection is our standard fulfillment method. Indicate if you’re opting for collection or delivery. We will notify you via WhatsApp when your order is ready and provide collection details.
- Ready stock
- Collection timelines will be communicated when your order is confirmed.
- Pre-orders
- Estimated timelines will account for sourcing or production, international shipping and preparation for collection.
- Delays
- If your order is delayed, we will notify you through WhatsApp / Emails and provide a revised estimate where available.
- Before you travel
- Please wait for confirmation before traveling to collect your order.
- Alternative delivery
- Any alternative delivery service and applicable charges must be agreed before the order is confirmed.
On this site, checkout prices delivery by location: choose your region and locality to see the charge before you submit an order, and any location we have not yet configured will not go through — contact us and we will confirm availability for your area. To arrange collection instead, message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we will confirm your collection time.
Returns & refunds
- Report an issue
- Contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of collection if your order is incorrect, damaged or defective. Include your order number and supporting photos where applicable.
- Incorrect or defective products
- We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.
- Change of mind
- Cancellation and return requests are subject to applicable statutory rights and the product’s circumstances.
- Pre-orders
- If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and process any refund required by law.
- Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where practicable.
Your rightsThe 48-hour reporting period does not limit statutory cancellation rights or other consumer remedies under Ghanaian law. Certain statutory exceptions may apply to customised or other qualifying products.
